I’M ANNA

Some decisions don't fit a spreadsheet.

I coach the leaders and coaches navigating those decisions — career pivots, business launches, growth edges where logic stops being enough.

You've read the books. You've made the pro/con list. You've talked it through with the people who love you.

And still — the answer isn't quite clear.

I'm Anna.

I coach professionals through the decisions, transitions, and growth edges that ask more of them than logic alone can deliver.

My work blends practical strategy with mindfulness-based tools — so you can slow down, think clearly, and act with intention, even when the path forward isn't yet obvious.

Anna is empathetic and very skilled at what she does.

- BIOTECHNOLOGY EXECUTIVE

If you are intrigued by the idea of working with a coach, I’d strongly recommend you meet with Anna.

Before I became a coach, I spent fifteen years in marketing, strategy, and communications — generating real outcomes for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and nonprofits.

Across every campaign, every launch, every client relationship, one skill mattered more than any framework: empathy. The willingness to understand — deeply — the people on the other side of the decision.

That's the skill I bring into every coaching engagement now. Not as an idea, but as a practice.

In 2023, I launched my coaching practice. In 2025, I completed my Wayfinder coach training and earned my ICF certification. I'm also a Brown-trained mindfulness facilitator, which means my approach pulls from MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and somatic awareness — tools for working with what you're feeling, not around it. Not a soft methodology. A precise one.

EMPATHY IN PRACTICE

"Across every campaign, every launch, every client relationship, one skill mattered more than any framework: empathy. The willingness to understand — deeply — the people on the other side of the decision."

You've launched (or are launching) your own coaching practice and you're working through the questions every new coach has to answer: Who am I actually serving? What am I selling? How does money come in? I coach new and developing coaches through those questions — and help them build sustainable businesses with clarity and integrity.

MY PRACTICE HAS TWO DOORS; MOST PEOPLE WALK THROUGH ONE OF THEM:

Growth Seekers

Coaches & Solopreneurs

You're a professional navigating something that looks like a decision but feels like a threshold. A career pivot. A leadership transition. A choice between two binary-looking options that both feel a little wrong. Maybe you're building something new alongside a primary role. You don't need a therapist or a mentor — you need a thought partner who can hold the whole picture with you, and hold a mirror for you.

The International Coaching Federation is the global gold standard for professional coaching credentials. ACC certification requires 60+ hours of accredited coach training, 100+ hours of paid client work, and passing a formal knowledge assessment. Wayfinder Life Coach | Martha Beck, Inc.

Wayfinder is Martha Beck's coach training methodology, rooted in somatic awareness, intuition, and the idea that each person already holds the answers they're looking for. It's where I learned to work with what the body knows, not just what the mind can articulate.

MBA | University of Washington, Foster School of Business

The business strategy I bring into coaching isn't just from 15 years of doing it — it's grounded in formal training. My MBA informs how I think about business models, offers, and the decisions that actually move a practice forward.
