I’M ANNA

Some decisions don't fit a spreadsheet.

I coach high-functioning leaders and executives who've outrun the tools that got them here — and are ready to find what's actually in the way.

You've read the books. You've made the pro/con list. You've talked it through with the people who love you.

And still — the answer isn't quite clear.

I'm Anna.

I coach professionals through the decisions, transitions, and growth edges that ask more of them than logic alone can deliver.

My work blends practical strategy with mindfulness-based tools — so you can slow down, think clearly, and act with intention, even when the path forward isn't yet obvious.

Anna is empathetic and very skilled at what she does.

- BIOTECHNOLOGY EXECUTIVE

If you are intrigued by the idea of working with a coach, I’d strongly recommend you meet with Anna.

Before I became a coach, I spent fifteen years in marketing, strategy, and communications — generating real outcomes for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and nonprofits.

Across every campaign, every launch, every client relationship, one skill mattered more than any framework: empathy. The willingness to understand — deeply — the people on the other side of the decision.

That's the skill I bring into every coaching engagement now. Not as an idea, but as a practice.

In 2023, I launched my coaching practice. In 2025, I completed my Wayfinder coach training and earned my ICF certification. I'm also a Brown-trained mindfulness facilitator, which means my approach pulls from MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) and somatic awareness — tools for working with what you're feeling, not around it. Not a soft methodology. A precise one.

WHAT I ACTUALLY BRING

"Across fifteen years in marketing and strategy, one skill mattered more than any framework: seeing what's actually driving a decision — underneath the data, underneath the noise. That's what I bring into every coaching engagement. Not as an idea. As a practice."

MBSR Mindfulness Facilitator |  Brown University

MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) is a science-backed framework developed at UMass Medical School and now taught globally. Brown University's Mindfulness Center is one of the leading MBSR training institutions in the world. My facilitation training means I can bring structured mindfulness practice — not just the concept of it — into coaching work.

ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC)

The International Coaching Federation is the global gold standard for professional coaching credentials. ACC certification requires 60+ hours of accredited coach training, 100+ hours of paid client work, and passing a formal knowledge assessment. It's the difference between someone who coaches and someone who has been trained and verified to do it.

Wayfinder Life Coach | Martha Beck, Inc.

Wayfinder is Martha Beck's coach training methodology, rooted in somatic awareness, intuition, and the idea that each person already holds the answers they're looking for. It's where I learned to work with what the body knows, not just what the mind can articulate.

MBA | University of Washington, Foster School of Business

My MBA informs how I think about organizational dynamics, business decisions, and the context my clients are actually operating in.
