Sit with the work

in good company

A rotating calendar of small-group workshops and guided experiences — most virtual, all built around the same idea: that some of the most important work is the kind you do with others in the room.

Sitting in the Fire: Observing Fear of Being Seen

Mindfulness isn't about overcoming difficult emotions—it’s about cultivating curiosity and learning to co-exist alongside them. Join this 90-minute virtual introduction to the MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) framework. We will spend the majority of our time in guided meditation and somatic investigation, specifically designed for sitting with self-judgment and the fear of what others think.

What to expect

My workshops are intentionally small. Most are 90 minutes, virtual on Zoom, and built around guided practice rather than slides or lecture. You'll come with a question, an experience, or a piece of work-life that's been on your mind. You'll leave with a few practices, a clearer sense of the territory, and — most weeks — the surprising relief of having sat with something difficult in good company.

Sessions are recorded for registrants who can't make the live time. You'll always have access to the recording for at least 30 days afterward.

None of these dates work?

I run a rotating calendar of workshops, guided experiences, and live group conversations throughout the year. The newsletter is the first place new events get announced — usually a few weeks before public registration opens.
